By API do you mean Rest API?
We do not have Rest API but we have NodeJS SDK that you can use for server or client side. Please check Integrations link in studio.

As Studio links are individual based on workspaces, I can't link directly to Integrations, but go to Studio here and look for the left-hand Integrations menu item, @dndbotsta.
